Sindi is a young, outstanding woman devoted to her passion – the art of cooking. Before joining yachts, Sindi was involved in the hospitality industry and worked in some of Venezuela’s best restaurants. She has gained her experience in places such as ‘Le Gourmet’ restaurant in the Tamanaco Hotel or The New World Fusion Restaurant in the Mariott Hotel in Caracas. Now she is going to assist you, for a second time in her career, on board of the luxury catamaran Mauni. You will find out that Sindi dedicates great attention to detail and always aims to exceed any guests’ expectations. Without any doubt Sindi will make all of your meals a moment to look forward to, always happy to prepare something special for her guests or to cook your “catch of the day” - in each case preparing the dishes from the very freshest and finest local ingredients.
