SOON COME Sample Menu
Enjoy a sumptuos breakfast daily with hot and cold cuisine including: eggs, bacon, toast, oatmeal, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit juice, tea and coffee. Fresh fruit is also available: Pineapple, Banana, Mango, Grapefruit.
Day 1:
Lunch – Grilled mahi mahi with crispy rice, salad and home made passion fruit sauce/or garlic butter.
Dessert: Pineapple
Dinner – Sliced grilled duck breast with balsamic vinegar sauce, oven backed veggies and potato gratin.
Dessert: Chocolate cake with ice cream
Day 2:
Lunch - Pasta with home made pesto, foccaccia bread and salad.
Dessert: Fruit/ice cream
Dinner - Grilled tuna fillet served with a honey and soya sauce spiced with fresh ginger and lemongrass. Rice and salad sides.
Dessert: Home made lemon cake
Day 3:
Lunch - Choice of two kinds of quiche served with two fresh salads, a healthy chopped vegetable salad and a green salad with blue cheese and nuts.
Dessert: Ice cream
Dinner - Home made lobster pasta with fresh side dishes.
Dessert: Hot chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and fresh fruit.
Day 4:
Lunch - Grilled fresh catch of the day with saffron risotto and vegetables and side salad.
Dessert: Fresh fruit
Dinner - Barbequed ribs with crispy oven baked potatoes and side salad.
Dessert: Crème Brulee`
Day 5:
Lunch - Pasta salad with fresh tomatoes, crispy bacon, mozzarella and parmesan sauce.
Dessert: Fresh fruit
Dinner - Grilled shrimp with pesto rice and salad.
Dessert: Lemon sorbet with/without drop of vodka.
Day 6:
Lunch - Rice salad with tuna and fresh veggies.
Dessert: Fruit salad
Dinner - Oven baked red snapper (or catch of the day) served with garlic butter sauce and fresh, local vegetables.
Dessert: Ice cream
Day 7:
Lunch - Shrimp and pineapple salad with garlic bread.
Dessert: Fruit
Dinner - Roasted chicken breast with crispy bacon and parmesan cheese served with homemade mashed potatos and garlic butter.
Dessert: Chocolate mousse
*Snacks and finger food can be served all day long with non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages including: Pina colada, daiquiri, gin and tonic, bloody mary etc.
