Martha has been an executive with Sunreef Yachts shipyard for seven years, from the earliest days when hull number two was barely under construction. She pioneered the Sunreef Yachts Charter division that has developed into an international industry leader in luxury crewed yacht charter. Martha’s professional affiliations, membership in MYBA and FYBA, and attendance at all major yacht shows worldwide, demonstrates her dedication to customer satisfaction through comprehensive industry involvement. With a working knowledge of the Sunreef build process as well as long term experience in the charter market, Martha provides clients with a uniquely holistic approach to purchasing a Sunreef yacht for the charter market or private use. Martha speaks Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, French, Polish and English, holds several martial arts black belts, is an avid arts and literature enthusiast, and likes to spoil her Russian Blue cats.

Radek GendekCharter and Yacht Manager

Radek was born in Gdansk, Poland, the home of Sunreef Yachts shipyard. After successfully completing a double graduate major he received a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking at Polish University and a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management in France. Radek has been an executive with Sunreef Yachts since 2008, responsible for yacht charter and fleet management operations. He diligently attends industry charter and brokerage shows worldwide and has been an Individual MYBA member since 2010. Radek loves to travel, has lived, studied and worked in France and Ireland, and is fluent in French, English and Polish. He is a sports enthusiast and a dedicated basketball fan.

Joanna KozakExecutive Administrative Assistant

Joanna was born in a small, picturesque town in the Masurian Lake District in northeastern Poland with a superb head for numbers. She is an invaluable asset to Sunreef Yachts Charter with various responsibilities that include preparing financial reports for Owners, assisting with crew placement and monitoring crew and yacht expenditures. She received a Master Engineer of Financial Mathematics from Gdansk University of Technology, Poland, and a Master of Financial Mathematics from Halmstad University, Sweden. Joanna is fluent in English and Polish and is currently pursing proficiency in French. Sailing is her passion and during her summer vacation she always spends at least one week on the water at the helm.

Stephanie HighMarketing Specialist

Recently joining the Sunreef Yachts Charter Team, Stephanie is responsible for managing boat show events and marketing. With a background in Information Systems, she has held marketing and sales positions in technology, real estate, and the arts. Stephanie received a BS in Psychology from the University of Miami and a Masters in Management of Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. A strong advocate for community development and the rehabilitation of at-risk youth, Stephanie also serves as Vice President of the Board of Trustees for the non-profit organization AMIkids of Greater Fort Lauderdale.

Magda has been working as a media translator for Sunreef Yachts since 2011 while completing her degree at the Institute of French Studies at the University of Gdańsk, Poland. She enthusiastically embraces international travel and cultural experiences and has lived abroad for seven years in Belgium and Canada. In addition to her native Polish, Magda has mastered both the English and French languages and is presently learning Spanish. She is a dedicated perfectionnist who always finishes what is started with optimism and an everlasting smile, which shines brightly through her work.

Marta Drop-Mazurowska Accountant

Marta, a native of Gdańsk, Poland, naturally has an affinity for watersports, ships and the sea. She attended university in nearby Sopot, where she majored in Marketing and Business Administration, earning her bookkeeping certification from the Ministry of Finance. Marta has been an integral member of the Sunreef Yachts Charter team since 2007. Her hobbies center around water sports and she is most passionate about windsurfing.
