Day 1: Tortola

Your charter yacht will be awaiting your arrival at Village Cay Marina Road Town, located in in the heart of Tortola.  Step aboard, meet your captain and crew and enjoy a welcome cocktail before settling in.  Spend the afternoon at your leisure lounging in the sun, shopping in town, or with a happy hour outing to Cane Garden Bay for Painkillers and live music.  Return to the yacht in the evening for an exquisitely prepared gourmet dinner.

Day 2: Tortola to Norman Island

This morning we will set sail across Sir Francis Drake Channel to Norman Island.  Home to legendary tales of pirates and buried treasure, it is rumored that Norman Island served as inspiration for Robert Louis Stevenson’s novel Treasure Island and that chests of gold and silver still lie hidden on the island.  Discover a world of underwater treasures all of your own snorkeling in The Caves and nearby at The Bight, then catch the sunset on the infamous floating bar and restaurant Willy T’s.

Day 3: Norman Island to Cooper Island

Today we will depart to Cooper Island stopping along the way to see the famous shipwreck of the RMS Rhone, which was featured in the classic movie “The Deep”.   The Rhone was a British Royal Mail steamer that sank in 1867 and the wreckage site offers some of the world’s best diving.  On Cooper Island, we will anchor in one of the many private and secluded bays where you will be free to relax onboard, lounge on the beach, or swim in the idyllic turquoise waters.

Day 4: Cooper Island to Virgin Gorda

Sure to be one of the highlights of your charter vacation is a visit to the Baths located at the southern tip of Virgin Gorda.  A sight to behold, you will be in awe of this dazzling collection of statuesque boulders majestically jutting out of the sand.   Nestled between these monolithic structures you will find sublime grottoes and caves and great opportunities for snorkeling.  Later we will head over to Bitter End Yacht Club for a rum punch and to listen to the steel drum band.

Day 5: Virgin Gorda to Anegada

After breakfast we will set sail for Anegada, a pristine island known for its lovely beaches such as Loblolly and Cow Wreck Beach, salt ponds, pink flamingos, and famous Anegada lobster.   The waters offshore are home to the third largest barrier reef in the world and are brimming with colorful sea creatures.  Dive in and embark on an unforgettable underwater excursion or sunbathe on the beach.   Tonight we can dine under the stars and enjoy a beach barbeque of freshly caught lobster.

Day 6: Anegada to Jost Van Dyke

A scenic downwind sail from Anegada to Jost Van Dyke is on the agenda today.  Admire breathtaking vistas of the Virgin Islands while sunbathing on the flybridge, relaxing in the shade, or taking a dip in the Jacuzzi.   Along the way we will stop at Monkey Point on Guana Island for some snorkeling.  Arriving to the shores of Jost Van Dyke you will be met with postcard perfection with alluring coral sand beaches and calm anchorages.  We will anchor off at Great Harbour where you will have some free time to stop by the world famous Foxy’s Beach Bar.

Day 7: Jost Van Dyke

The picturesque island of Jost Van Dyke is abundant in natural beauty and one of the most unique attractions you will find here is the Bubbly Pool.  Venture into this naturally formed tidal pool and you will be treated to an effervescent soak that will tickle you from head to toe.  Later we will take a short trip over to the warm shallow waters of Sandy Spit for swimming.  We will return to Jost Van Dyke anchoring off the tranquil shores of White Bay.  Enjoy a laidback afternoon kicking back with a refreshing cocktail or two at The Soggy Dollar Bar, home of the original Painkiller or Ivan’s Stress Free Bar.

Day 8: Tortola

Enjoy breakfast on the aft deck followed by a late morning swim before we make our final sail back to Road Town, Tortola.   On your last day in the BVI’s if time permits, make a visit to scenic Smugglers Cove or Sage Mountain before returning home.
